These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Toufan Auto Care. By bringing your vehicle to any of our branches, using our customer portal, or subscribing to Toufan Care, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT US

Toufan Auto Care operates three branches in Deira, Dubai under the following trade names:

  • Toufan Auto Care (general mechanical and electrical, denting)
  • Toufan Auto Services Center (mechanical, denting, painting, bodywork)
  • Toufan Al Shmal Tyres (tyres, rims, alignment, mechanical, electrical)

2. SERVICES

We provide automotive servicing, repair, maintenance, bodywork, detailing, tyres, and related products. The specific scope of work for each visit is documented on the job card signed at reception.


3. ESTIMATES AND APPROVALS
  • Initial estimates are provided based on the visible condition of your vehicle and your stated concern.
  • Additional issues may be discovered once work begins. We will contact you for approval before performing any work exceeding the original estimate by more than 10%.
  • Approvals given by phone, WhatsApp, or in person are considered binding.
  • Vehicles cannot be released until the agreed invoice is paid in full.

4. PAYMENT

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, bank transfer, Tabby, Tamara, and Yusr. Online payments for services and Toufan Care memberships are processed through a UAE-licensed payment gateway. Card details are not stored on our systems.

VAT (5%) is charged on all applicable services and displayed separately on every invoice.


5. WARRANTY
  • Labour: 30-day warranty on workmanship for mechanical and electrical repairs, provided the vehicle has not been worked on elsewhere during the warranty period and parts were purchased from us.
  • Parts: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. We will assist with warranty claims where possible.
  • Bodywork & Paint: 6-month warranty on paint adhesion and workmanship under normal use.
  • Tyres: One-year manufacturer warranty applies. Wear and tear, road damage, and improper inflation are excluded.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or work performed by another garage.


6. VEHICLE STORAGE AND COLLECTION
  • Vehicles must be collected within 7 calendar days after completion notification.
  • After 7 days, a storage fee of AED 50 per day will apply.
  • After 30 days, we reserve the right to apply a mechanic’s lien in accordance with UAE law.

We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles. Please remove valuables before drop-off.


7. TOUFAN CARE MEMBERSHIP

Toufan Care is a paid monthly or annual membership offering discounted and prepaid servicing benefits.

  • Membership benefits, pricing, and tiers are published at:

  • Members must maintain an active payment method on file.
  • Benefits are non-transferable and linked to the registered vehicle plate(s).
  • Refund and cancellation rules are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may update Toufan Care benefits or pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing members retain their enrolled rate for any locked-in or founding-member plans.

8. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized by the owner to request service.
  • Information provided (contact details, vehicle plate, mileage, etc.) is accurate.
  • You will pay the agreed invoice in full upon vehicle collection.

9. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

  • Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the invoice value of the specific service provided.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business interruption or loss of income.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by parts shortages, supplier issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. PRIVACY

Your personal information (including name, phone number, vehicle plate, and service history) is handled according to our Privacy Policy:

11. ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS

We may contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone for:

  • Service updates
  • Appointment reminders
  • Invoices
  • Promotional offers

You may opt out of marketing communications anytime by replying STOP.


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Toufan Auto Care name, logos, customer portal, and Toufan Care brand are owned by Toufan Auto Care and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts unless resolved amicably or through Dubai DET Consumer Protection.


14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at:
